Our approach: Most contractors hand you over to a separate architect and ID. We bring all of them together under one contract. You deal with one team — and that team is accountable for the whole thing.

New Bungalow Construction

Design and build from scratch on your land. Architecture, BP drawings, authority submission, structure, M&E, and full fit-out to handover.

Demolish & Rebuild

Knock down the old, build it right. We manage the demolition, new construction, and everything in between.

How much does it cost to build a bungalow in Malaysia?
Typical construction cost ranges from RM250–RM500 per sq ft depending on specification, finishes, and M&E complexity. A 3,000 sq ft bungalow might cost RM800,000–RM1.5M inclusive of design, structure, M&E and basic interior fit-out. We provide a detailed itemised quotation after design is finalised.
How long does it take to build a bungalow?
From BP submission to CCC, a typical bungalow takes 18–24 months. This includes authority approval time (6–9 months) and construction (12–15 months). Fast-track options exist for build-only contracts with approvals already in place.
Do you handle the BP submission and authority approvals?
Yes — our architects handle the Building Plan submission, liaising with MBPJ, MBJB, MPAJ, or the relevant local authority. We track the approval and manage any queries from the authority on your behalf.
Can I make changes after construction starts?
Minor changes during construction are normal — we accommodate them where possible. Major structural changes after construction begins may incur additional cost and time. We recommend finalising the design thoroughly before breaking ground.
What's the difference between design & build and build-only?
Design & Build means we provide both the design (architecture, interiors) and the construction under one contract. Build-Only means you've engaged your own architect and you hire us purely for construction. Both options are available.
